Frigorifico de Jalisco S. A de C. V.
We have 13 refrigeration/freezing chambers with the following features:
- Each chamber
measures 12 m per 25 m and has a height of 7 m resulting in a surface
of 300mts² and a volume of 2100 m³.
- The freezing
capacity of each chamber reaches up to 30.2 metric tons and are designed
to operate in temperatures ranging from -22 °F(-30 °C) to 59
°F (15 °C).
- Each chamber
has an industrial sky cold diffuser made of electroplated steel. The
thawing out is made with a hot gas system and the temperatures are controlled
through a thermostat and pressure regulating systems. All the junctions
inside the chambers are welded seamed and all controls are located outside
them. There is no risk of pollution by ammonia leaks.
